the entertainment staff was very good with the children. i also appreciated the bar, reception, and restaurant staff. the nearby beach was beautiful and there were many shops and bars close by. the hotel offered enjoyable activities for both children and adults. i found i could relax by the pool.

the hotel lacked a central space where people could gather, which impacted the overall atmosphere. there was only one bar for the whole hotel so you had to queue even for soft drinks. the queue would sometimes get quite long.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. the reception team gave helpful information about local transport. beach towels were available and changed daily. the entertainment was enjoyable. The performers created a good atmosphere.
