spacious room clean room gym facilities friendly staff poor food cancelled buffet lacking atmosphere

the hotel room was spacious (a premium room, i think) and very clean. the gym had good facilities. the staff were friendly too.

the food was not worth the money i paid for half board. the dinner buffet should be cancelled because of lack of options and people attending. we found the pool area lacked atmosphere.

the hotel featured a lovely pool with ample sun beds , always available. pool towels added a nice touch. the staff were really good , always friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast delicious with a fantastic variety of foods.

the gym lacked air conditioning , making workouts uncomfortable during peak hours.

cala ferrera beach is a short 10-minute walk away and offers a beautiful spot to relax by the sea. restaurants and bars are conveniently located about 10 minutes away too. the centre of cala d'or is approximately a 20-minute walk.

excellent stay at this super hotel

cute staff good food many sunloungers

all staff were very cute. juan and carlos were both good fun. there was a good choice of food on offer and it catered for every taste. there were plenty of sun loungers around the pool most times of the day. the hotel is about 10 minutes walk to 3 of the best beaches.

the view from the room, was not perfect.

the staff are cute, from cleaners to reception. juan and carlos are good fun and professional. the food options catered to all tastes. i never struggled to find sun loungers around the pool any time. there are three beaches a short walk away. i will probably return again.

my room has a limited view, which i didn't like very much.
