The reception service impressed me with its professionalism. i also enjoyed the rooftop breakfast area. It was quite a treat to start my days there.

I found the thermostat settings confusing. Adjusting the room temperature was a bit difficult. also, the hallways and lobby felt quite cold, a little uncomfortable.

the noise began early each morning. this made sleeping past 7 am impossible. also, the shower lacked consistent temperature. it fluctuated between hot and cold unexpectedly.
