the room was spacious and very clean. THE staff were helpful and kind. I liked the glass of bubbles on arrival. i appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk from the metro station.
the hotel attempted to profit from any request. I asked for a possible delay in checkout, but they still wanted to charge US. I thought that this behavior was unwelcoming.

The hotel offered a seamless experience. The room size was sufficient for my needs. I found the shower facilities particularly good with consistent water pressure. Access to nearby shops and restaurants added to the overall convenience.
