i liked the location very much. The Hotel staff was nice and helpful. The beds were also very comfortable.
The room temperature was cold despite adjusting the thermostat. it seemed like the cold came from the window. maybe it needs better insulation.

the location near royal palace was handy, so explore was easy. staff did speak good english, its makes everything so easy for me. they very helpful when ask for directions or recommend places. breakfast include spanish dishes, it so yummy.
i did found room temperature on a colder side even when i adjusted thermostat. cold reminded me of it was from window area. i hoped they can check for insulation for comfort.

hotel locate near teatro real and palacio real. it only short walk to plaza del sol and plaza mayor. location tuck away but its very central. its good access to main places.
