the location was acceptable as it was easy to get around using public transport.
I was disappointed by the room size. It felt smaller than expected. the bedding also bothered me because the sheets did not properly fit the bed and constantly slipped off during the night. this mismatch made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

I enjoyed the balcony located in the room. It featured a spa tub. The Royal Palace is SUPER close to the hotel. The staff addressed my concern and sent champagne along with a delicious fruit tray. I was impressed with the responsiveness. It. The cafe had great outside seating.
The room temperature was a little COOL even after thermostat adjustments. The window might have been the source.

The location impressed me. It is in a pedestrianized area, central to everything. i found a metro station just a minute away. That was convenient. the room was spotlessly clean. As a regular visitor, I consider it the BEST value option.
the thermostat adjustments are not adequate. room temperature remained consistently cold. I felt the cold comes from the window.

i liked the location very much. The Hotel staff was nice and helpful. The beds were also very comfortable.
The room temperature was cold despite adjusting the thermostat. it reminded me of the cold came from the window. maybe it needs better insulation.

the location near royal palace was handy, so explore was easy. staff did speak good english, its makes everything so easy for me. they very helpful when ask for directions or recommend places. breakfast include spanish dishes, it so yummy.
i did found room temperature on a colder side even when i adjusted thermostat. cold was like it was from window area. i hoped they can check for insulation for comfort.
