location, location.. but that's about it
faulty air conditioningchipped paint
I found a few things disappointing. the room felt smaller than advertised. It was cramped. the air conditioning did not work well. it struggled to keep the room cool even on the lowest setting, resulting in some uncomfortable nights. also, i noticed some wear and tear like chipped paint.
