The hotel provides family rooms. These rooms have bunk beds, great. The location is very central , so getting around was easy.
The room did not have hot water in the shower. I told management , and they said it would be fixed. The second morning also lacked hot water in the shower.

The location was excellent. It was within walking distance of many sights. The staff were very helpful (i really appreciated their kindness). The room size was good as well.
My room did not have hot water in the shower. I indicated this to management on the morning of the first day, and they promised it would be fixed. the second morning, again, there was no hot water in the shower. At least they should have discounted one night for my inconvenience.

the breakfast selection included fresh fruits and juices it was excellent i appreciated early breakfast being arranged for my tour the location is superb it made sightseeing so convenient the front desk staff especially sandra were so lovely and helpful she always greeted me with a smile
the in-room tv sometimes glitched which was a little annoying

the rooms are nice and spacious i think. it includes comfortable beds which is important. the bathrooms are very clean it seems. the hotel had everything i need for a pleasurable stay, i will say.
my room did not had hot water i notticed. i told management the first day, and they said it will be fixed quick. the second morning had no hot water in the shower which upset me.
