fresh items helpful staff plaza view
the hotel features a superb breakfast. i found a varied selection of fresh items. the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. i also had a room viewing the plaza.
the in-room tv had moments of glitching.

family rooms central location hot water shower problem
The hotel provides family rooms. These rooms have bunk beds, great. The location is very central , so getting around was easy.
The room did not have hot water in the shower. I told management , and they said it would be fixed. The second morning also lacked hot water in the shower.

great location helpful staff hot water poor management
The location was excellent. It was within walking distance of many sights. The staff were very helpful (i really appreciated their kindness). The room size was good as well.
My room did not have hot water in the shower. I indicated this to management on the morning of the first day, and they promised it would be fixed. the second morning, again, there was no hot water in the shower. At least they should have discounted one night for my inconvenience.

fresh fruits convenient location lovely receptionist
the breakfast selection included fresh fruits and juices it was excellent i appreciated early breakfast being arranged for my tour the location is superb it made sightseeing so convenient the front desk staff especially sandra were so lovely and helpful she always greeted me with a smile
the in-room tv sometimes glitched which was a little annoying
