The location impressed me. The sanctuaries are a quick five-minute walk. nearby, various restaurants and shops are convenient.
i noticed the air conditioning seemed controlled from the reception rather than being adjustable in the room. it was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel features a lovely big lounge bar. the restaurant offered well-priced options and good amounts. the underground parking is very useful, i thought. it is at twenty euros per night.

the staff are very helpful and definitely friendly people. i found all the dining room staff excellent and attentive. the reception staff gave city recommendations. the young man from liverpool provided really good assistance.

the location was acceptable.
The air conditioning system seemed to be centrally controlled. I found this inconvenient. i also had an issue with the single pillow provided on the bed.. i believe an additional pillow should be standard. furthermore, the cleanliness was not great.

The hotel's location is convenient. It is very close to the church and the shrine. Nearby restaurants and shops are easily accessible. Staff held our luggage before check-in. They also arranged an affordable taxi to the airport when we left.
The room was not excellent. It was not worthy of a 4-star rating. I was careful to avoid hitting my head on the ceiling when getting out of bed. The bathroom seemed very outdated.

the staff provided luggage assistance after i checked out. i appreciated the proximity to the sanctuary, a short walk away. the hotel included a scale for weighing luggage near reception, a thoughtful touch for travellers.
The air conditioning seemed centrally controlled. It was a bit too warm one night.
