great location friendly staff old rooms missing toiletries
the hotel location was near the sanctuary. it made going back and forth easy during the day. the staff seemed very friendly and accommodating, they really helped when i needed something.
the hotel advertised itself as a four star hotel, it wasn't. my room felt a bit old and needed some work. i did have to ask for some toiletries, a little inconvenient.

central location helpful staff modern style easy exploration
the hotel is a short walk to the sanctuary. i liked the cleanliness and modern style. the staff were helpful. the location made it easy to explore the area.
The pillows felt a little thin. But it was not a big issue.

the family room i got was spacious, it included two bathrooms and five beds. this room design was good for families wanting separate spaces for kids and adults.

the breakfast buffet offered good value. it had a nice selection. however, i did not see many vegetarian options available. the staff in the restaurant were friendly.

slippery shower missing mat
location to the sanctuary was adequate.
the air con didn't function well during a heat wave so i received a fan. the shower was terribly slippery and lacked a mat.

The room was clean enough.
The air conditioning did not work. I contacted reception, but they did not fix it. I had to sleep with the windows open and the noise from outside was disturbing.

The breakfast options seemed quite limited. I thought there was definitely room for improvement there. the air conditioning was a little too intense. It was difficult to adjust the temperature. I couldn't find a comfortable setting.

Excellent Stay Near Sanctuary
family room close location tasty alternative
The family room proved very convenient because it was quite clean. It was located only a minute away from the Sanctuary. The staff recommended tasty alternatives because the restaurant was full.
The hotel parking was not close. It was a bit of a distance away. The parking was free, but not located directly at the front of the building. This added some inconvenience.

Staff members displayed very friendly behavior and assisted guests in their own language. The staff exhibited helpfulness at all times, which I found to be very pleasant, and solved all problems quickly.

adequate stay with some issues
carpet stains street traffic
The room felt a bit neglected. i noticed some stains on the carpet, and the bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear. also, the noise from nearby street traffic was quite noticeable, especially during the early morning hours. It really disrupted my sleep. i expected better soundproofing for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
