Excellent Stay Near Sanctuary

The family room proved very convenient because it was quite clean. It was located only a minute away from the Sanctuary. The staff recommended tasty alternatives because the restaurant was full.
The hotel parking was not close. It was a bit of a distance away. The parking was free, but not located directly at the front of the building. This added some inconvenience.

Staff members displayed very friendly behavior and assisted guests in their own language. The staff exhibited helpfulness at all times, which I found to be very pleasant, and solved all problems quickly.

The restaurant offers a wide range of meals, though it is often full with tour groups. The hotel staff recommended alternative dining options, and these other options were quite tasty. It was good to have alternatives.

adequate stay with some issues

The room felt a bit neglected. i noticed some stains on the carpet, and the bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear. also, the noise from nearby street traffic was quite noticeable, especially during the early morning hours. It really disrupted my sleep. i expected better soundproofing for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
