missing shower lack of grab rail

The service was acceptable. It meets expectations for a hotel of this level.

The bathroom lacked a shower. There was no grab rail on the bath. This oversight presents a safety concern, especially with mobility issues. I found this to be a significant deficiency.

the bathroom lacked a shower and there was no grab rail installed on the bath this made it difficult to use the bath safely also there was no bar open during any evening of my stay and a wedding on saturday overwhelmed staff , made it unpleasant for non wedding guests

Really good Hotel Experience

lovely decor tasty meals

The staff was very helpful. They offered a room upgrade during check-in, a lovely surprise. The decor is cozy in reality. I found the Tavern adjacent to the hotel offered tasty meals at reasonable prices.

I was unable to visit the main restaurant or the SPA. I am sure they are great.

The personnel were friendly and helpful, I felt welcome . The team remembered our preferences to enjoy breakfast in the winter garden. I appreciated the ideas suggested for activities in the city.
