Mixed Feelings About This Stay

slow check-in empty buffet

The location allows easy access to the city center.

Check-in took an unacceptable 45 minutes. Breakfast was a disaster on Saturday. The buffet was almost empty, and staff did not replenish it during the 30 minutes I was there. I paid for parking but still could not exit the garage without paying again.

lackluster stay with noise and service issues

loud traffic inconsistent service

i wasn't very happy with my room. the noise levels were much to high, even at late hours. road traffic was very loud and i struggled to sleep properly. the staff weren't particularly helpful when i asked about it. i also found inconsistencies in the information given regarding late check out fees. the hotel needs better soundproofing and more consistent service information.

i stayed in a standard twin room. the breakfast was very good.. especially the selection. friendly staff provided great service.

the carpets in the rooms seemed old, a change would improve the room. i also found no hotel slippers available. i think they are an important addition to improve comfort.

cute staff spacious room modern feel

I found the staff SUPER cute. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped (I got coffee AND tea!). I loved the modern feel and the AMAZING music playing.

The sound insulation could be improved.
