convenient location and helpful staff
easy check-in luggage service lobby wifi
The hotel is close to the bus station, very convenient for early departures. check-in was easy and they stored my luggage after i checked out. the lobby wifi worked well while i waited for my night bus. Breakfast had a nice cup of yogurt.
my room had a worn chair with peeling cloth, the shower was yellow from stains. the carpet had some funny patches and i could hear conversations in the next room. the walls did not seem soundproof at all.

the breakfast included a nice cup of yogurt though some items sold out quickly. i did not find other dining options besides breakfast, though cafes are nearby. no other meals were available at the hotel.

the location is very close to the train and bus stations. it is also within walking distance to the old town. i found it very convenient for transportation, though the area is a bit noisy.

convenient location helpful staff good breakfast missing refrigerator few sockets old furniture
The location proved really convenient. it was near the railway station and bus station. the staff at the registration desk were helpful. I appreciated their kindness. breakfast had everything i needed.
The room did not have a refrigerator. there were no sockets near the bed. This was quite uncomfortable. it got very hot as there was no air conditioning. the furniture seemed a bit old.

large breakfast nice hotel working wifi new furniture
i found the breakfast large and quite nice. the hotel interior looked good. the wifi worked well, and it was very close to the station. i appreciated the value and relatively new furniture. the location made getting around simple.
I noticed the bathroom was a bit outdated. The shower head wasn't working as expected.

no air conditioning non-potable water
the location was acceptable because it was close to the train station.
the room lacked air conditioning, a problem during the summer heat. also, there was a drink menu, but no phone to place an order. tap water wasn't potable, and no bottled water was offered!!!
