The room was very spacious, it felt so luxurious. breakfast was also very good. The spread was quite excellent.
The staff seemed a little slow. I had to wait longer than expected at the restaurant. the pool was also a bit of a hassle. I needed to reserve a slot and pay extra to use it.

the building itself has historical value, which i found appealing.
My experience fell short of expectations. i was surprised that there were no complimentary toiletries. Only pump bottles of soap were available. the thermostat in my room did not work, and staff seemed unsure how to resolve the issue.
