Charming City Hotel

excellent service helpful staff clean room good location

The staff provided excellent service I found them consistently helpful. My room was clean when I arrived and ready for me. The hotel location is good and I found it easy to get around. The hotel staff directed me to a secure open car park that provided free parking for 24 hours and was only a 10-minute walk away

The walls felt thin and I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms

The secure parking was useful and easily accessible. i especially appreciated the 24-hour access to the well-equipped gym. It featured several treadmills and stationary bikes. the included breakfast at the café had plentiful options.

soundproofing was inadequate, as noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway was noticeable, disrupting sleep.

paper thin walls noise problem

the staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. they tried to.

the noise heard from above and next door was enough to put me off returning. the walls seemed paper thin, and i could hear everything happening next door.
