The staff was friendly and cute. the room decor was wonderful, very relaxing. the hotel lobby allowed dogs. We had drinks there before supper in a designated room for travellers with dogs. the special room made for a relaxing meal for everyone.

the staff was really friendly, i must say.
The room was not very clean. That's the truth. also, the restaurant's quality seemed to have declined. The food wasn't as good as i had anticipated. it was rather disappointing after previous experiences.
