The situation is just perfect. Rooms included comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms. The staff was very helpful and arranged an early check in for me. They also stored my luggage. A valuable service.
the evening receptionist was not particularly cute upon my arrival. He struggled to answer my questions. Instead, he recited a pre-prepared Script. I would appreciate more direct responses.

location! it was super central. the building had cool style. the room was so super clean. the bed was very comfy. i got around so easy. the bathroom was modern. i seemed like royalty. it was very close to everything i wanted to see.
the evening receptionist was not very cute when i arrived. he acted like a robot. he couldn't answer my questions directly.

The hotel is centrally located. It is near the basilica, key museums, and many dining options. I could walk comfortably to the Aljaferia Palace. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of foods. The staff were also very helpful and kind.
The air conditioning was not working well, and the room was a little too warm at times. This made sleeping slightly difficult one night.
