helpful staff fast response excellent location clean amenities

i found the staff helpful and accommodating. they responded quickly to my requests. the location was excellent i could easily reach attractions. i appreciated the cleanliness and quiet environment.

the wifi signal was not strong it was a minor inconvenience

excellent location breakfast buffet quick response weak wifi faulty air conditioner missing toothbrush

The hotel location was AMAZING!!! It was easy to walk to all the main attractions. The breakfast buffet offered an EXCELLENT variety of options. The staff were helpful and quick to respond to requests.

The wifi signal was not strong. It was only about 300-400kb/s. The air conditioner did NOT seem to be working properly . There was no complimentary toothbrush provided in the room, unexpected.

the hotel is in a very central location. it is close to many restaurants. the staff was helpful. underground parking was available a short walk from the hotel..

street noise was noticeable. the walls seemed thin. i could hear conversations from the next room.

some issues detracted from the experience

dark corridor loud street

the corridors were rather dark. street noise was very intrusive late into the night. an electrical socket exploded as i plugged in my phone. it was startling!!!
