The location was fantastic (right in the city center). The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a hearty start to each day. The room had excellent soundproofing, which i appreciated.

The elevator had an unpleasant smell each day.

The location was convenient. It was right among pintxos restaurants and shops (a really central spot). The breakfast selection was generous. I found the double glazed windows allowed for undisturbed sleep.

My bedroom floor surface was breaking up. This made it a bit dangerous, actually. There was little storage space for clothes. I also noted the room lacked usual toiletries I expected.

Wonderful Stay Near the Cathedral

The staff helped booked a reservation at a good restaurant. The hotel location is amazing because is near bars. Our room had a church view. The church bells ring every 15 minutes, but start at 8am.

The elevator need more cleaning. The carpet seems old. The lobby are very dark. The busy street makes the hotel noisy.

The staff was helpful with directions and local tips. I appreciated that. My room had modern decor and a well stocked mini fridge. Breakfast offered fresh pastries and fruit. I enjoyed these very much. The central location made exploring the area easy. I didn't need a car at all.

The elevator carpet showed minor wear. It could use updating, but it was still functional.
