the room had all the necessities, i must say. the location was also quite good. it was near the city center and florenc, but a little set back from the main tourist areas. i liked this very much.

the air conditioning was a bit of a problem. it made a lot of noise when it came on during the night, it disturbed my sleep. i also had some issues with being locked out one evening, there were no details listed on the procedure to gain access after hours.

the key code sometimes malfunctioned. It was a minor inconvenience though.

i found the staff friendly and helpful! the location was perfect, it was really close to everything by walking. the breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, i was so impressed by the options available!

the bottles of water in the room had a price on them, which i felt was unexpected. i thought complimentary water should be standard for the price of the room. it felt a bit nickel and diming.
