Wonderful Stay in a Prime Location!

The staff was kind. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the diverse options. They provided warm, helpful service. I really appreciated the central location, too. It made walking to all the key sites easy. The room had adequate facilities for a comfortable stay.
I found the carpet was not very clean upon arrival. There were some visible marks.

unclean kettle ventilation problem
the room temperature was difficult to adjust it remained quite warm. i found some stale water in the kettle it had not been cleaned after previous guests. a problem occurred one night concerning the bathroom ventilation system i asked for assistance at the reception but no one came to help. i managed to resolve it myself after some attempts no follow-up occurred.

nice experience!

great location many choices helpful staff birthday surprise
I liked its proximity to important places. This made exploring easy. the provided breakfast included many choices i liked. the staff assisted with my luggage both before check-in and after checkout. It was very helpful. i found a birthday surprise of prosecco and fruit, which i think was a nice personal touch.
The carpet seemed not really clean. There was a stain on it. i found this to be a small issue.

stained carpet expensive water
The room looked a little tired. I found some stains on the carpet that I didn't love. I was disappointed that there was no complimentary water provided, especially considering the price. A small bottle each day would have been a nice touch. The price for a bottle was very expensive.
