stylish room hard mattress good breakfast ideal location

the room was stylish with a super hard mattress. air conditioning worked very well in the room. breakfast included a quite good choice of items. the location was ideal near many attractions.

I was quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The air conditioning in my room barely worked. It was almost nonexistent. I reported it, but nothing changed, and the room remained uncomfortably warm. the promised city view was obstructed by a large tree RIGHT outside my window. I couldn't see much at all. The staff did not offer any compensation or alternative solutions, frustrating.

The breakfast had a large selection. I appreciated the juice presser. All personnel were helpful. The location was close to the castle, yet very accessible to the historic center. The room was attractively decorated. It included a very comfortable bed with a sizable bathroom.

The pillows were either lumpy OR flat.

I found the room spacious and well-kept. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide array of options, including fresh pastries and a selection of local cheeses. The location was convenient. The castle was just a short walk away. I was charmed by the smooth communication and excellent service throughout my stay. The staff members were helpful, answering all my questions with patience.

The lift felt a bit small. It only accommodated two people comfortably, or three if without large suitcases.

The location was good. The nearby historic road was interesting.

The room I received did not match the photos online. It was small and boxy. It did not have a separate bathroom. It felt overpriced. I heard another guest making the same complaint about the room discrepancy.

varied selection comfortable bed excellent location

the breakfast was superb with a varied selection that changed daily and included many options. the room i stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. the location was excellent as everything was easily accessible by foot making exploration convenient

i noticed a limited number of coat hangers in my room when i arrived however upon request additional ones were promptly provided which improved the situation
