mediocre breakfast unmotivated staff
the breakfast quality was disappointing. it seemed very average. the service, in general, also felt lacking (i wished for a bit more attentiveness). i found the staff was unmotivated. the night concierge seemed distracted (a bit unnerving, honestly).

helpful manager clean room poor communication awful pillow
the hotel manager was helpful during my arrival. the rooms were spacious and clean. water bottles were provided every day
i found communication difficult with the front desk staff. the room was hot and i was told the air con could not be lowered. the pillows were not good
