The Golden Well features 17 rooms and 2 suites. Each room includes an iPad, writing desk, flat-screen LED TV, and Nespresso or Illy coffee machines, complemented by a selection of teas. Deluxe Rooms offer views of the Royal Gardens or Mala Strana streets. Grand Deluxe rooms provide views of the Royal Gardens or Prague's skyline. The Tycho de Brahe Suite has a 16th-century hand-painted wooden ceiling and Renaissance-style furniture. The Rudolf II Suite includes a living room, a Saffron bed made from wool, cotton, cashmere, natural rubber, and horsehair, and Renaissance-style furniture.

Terasa U Zlate studne, the hotel's top-floor restaurant, is run by Executive Chef Pavel Sapík. The restaurant has two outdoor and one indoor terrace with city views.
