The location is awesome! it is near a supermarket and close to the center. it's just a short tram ride away. the staff were friendly, and very helpful!! the rooms were clean and sufficient..

The room was small. There was no kettle! i couldn't make coffee or tea in the room. the price was very expensive. the room standard was unfortunately far below my expectations.

The location was super convenient, with metro and tram stops just a short walk away! it made getting around the city really easy, and i loved that a huge mall with a food hall was right next door. breakfast was another highlight. There was fresh food and so many options!

The parking was quite expensive. I really think the hotel should reconsider its parking policy to make it more affordable .

the breakfast buffet had many selections (i especially liked the fruit options). the staff was very friendly and helpful . the location is near andel station, a short walk away. i found getting around quite easy.

the room i stayed in did not include a fridge, a little inconvenient. it would have been useful for keeping drinks cool, especially during the warmer days. i missed having that convenience.

the standard twin room has comfortable beds, ensuring good rest. blackout curtains are installed, preventing light. the room size is adequate for two people (maybe a little tight with extra luggage).
