The room was spacious. The hotel provides convenient access to useful tram stops right outside, it was really helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of options.
The room decor looked a little dated.

the hotel is near the main train station and city center! it was easy to walk everywhere i wanted. the breakfast was a buffet, and i thought it had a decent variety of food. the staff spoke english well and were helpful with directions, which i found thankful. the hotel also stored our luggage safely.
The room overlooked the courtyard and it was noisy. I could hear people in the corridors.

My room was smaller but comfortable and very clean. i had a high-pressure shower in the bathroom. the room included basic amenities. It was completely satisfactory.

The staff communicated clearly before my arrival. They sent useful travel directions. the reception staff was polite and attentive, especially housekeeping. i was happy to receive assistance with the electronic check-in machine.

The hotel is well-situated near the train station and the city center. a tram stop is very close by. It is convenient to explore the city using public transport! a park is outside the hotel too.
