a decent experience

The location is quite convenient. it is a short walk to the tram and metro. the air conditioning system worked very well. The air felt fresh at all times.
I noticed a strange setup in the room. there was a stool on one side of the bed, but a nightstand on the other. the shower door didn't fully close. Water easily got everywhere.

the location was acceptable with easy access to transport links
the breakfast was a real letdown i found the food was often cold the scrambled eggs and bacon seemed to sit under heat lamps for far too long also i wasn't impressed with the limited toiletries provided in the bathroom just a small bar of soap and a combined shampoo and body wash

the location was close to tram and subway stations making it easy to access the city also the bar stayed open late with drinks and pizza available
the room i received was cold because the air conditioning did not work properly i needed two blankets to sleep it reminded me of i was in a freezer also the sink was clogged causing water to drain slowly
