excellent central stay

great location helpful staff clean room
The location was great. i could walk easily to many attractions. the staff were quite helpful with directions and information! i was able to leave my luggage before check-in,. the spacious room was very clean, complete with necessary amenities. I felt well accommodated.
i found the breakfast price a bit high. it was not varied.

the room had a wide flatscreen tv and a spacious, comfortable bed. it was neat and smelled clean. i noticed that the hotel offered a choice of cow, lactose-free, soy, and oat milk.

The team was very helpful, especially with directions. one staff member, natálie, provided a complimentary upgrade. They were prompt and informative, really helpful.

Breakfast included fresh, tasty food with great variety, a plus. the hotel even offers options to order omelets or fried eggs. i found the variety of choices quite good, setting a positive tone for the day. The quality was superb.

the location was very central and near the charles bridge. it made walking to city attractions quite convenient. the proximity to various sites really enhanced my ability to see things. it was also close to public transport.

mixed bag, some hits and misses

noisy elevator empty minibar
i found a couple of things less than stellar , to be honest. first , the promised quiet room turned out to be next to a rather noisy elevator, complete with a constant dinging soundtrack. it wasn't the end of the world , but it certainly tested my patience , especially early in the morning. also , the minibar was completely empty.

excellent location friendly staff royal suite closed bar separate seating missing toiletries
the location is excellent i could easily walk to major attractions the staff were friendly and professional they helped with restaurant recommendations and directions the royal suite castle view was spacious and luxurious with high ceilings and good quality bedding the decor was neutral and calming
the bar area was closed this meant i could not enjoy a late evening drink the breakfast area was separate from the seating i had to carry my food to the table the room lacked shampoo and conditioner only a multipurpose soap was provided

a romantic getaway

fantastic location comfortable bed
the hotel's location near the river was fantastic also it was close to tourist sights. the room offered updated furnishings plus a comfortable bed. very neat place robes and slippers were provided.
the room lacked a true window i felt a little claustrophobic. the ac did not seem to work well and it was difficult to get fresh air. hall lights shone through a frosted glass window making sleep difficult.

the staff immediately addressed my concerns in a friendly manner. a particular staff member helped with recommendations and was helpful also friendly staff created a cute atmosphere adding to a romantic experience.

the room had a mini bar it contained several beverages and snacks i used the in-room safe to store my valuables it worked easily the hotel provided complimentary toiletries these were restocked daily.
the gym equipment looked a bit old.

temperature control no view
the staff went out of their way to make my visit pleasant , and i found that acceptable.
i found the room was too hot , and the temperature control was not working. there was no exterior window for fresh air, disappointing. also , the room position offered no view other than the corridor and lift door.

the room was large. the heated towel rail in the bathroom was convenient. the shower had good hot water and pressure. there was a baggage rack in the room to.
the staff was not very cooperative at times. the bar was not operational .
