a romantic getaway

fantastic locationcomfortable bedtrue window

the hotel's location near the river was fantastic also it was close to tourist sights. the room offered updated furnishings plus a comfortable bed. super tidy robes and slippers were provided.

the room lacked a true window i felt a little claustrophobic. the ac did not seem to work well and it was difficult to get fresh air. hall lights shone through a frosted glass window making sleep difficult.

the staff immediately addressed my concerns in a friendly manner. a particular staff member helped with recommendations and was helpful also friendly staff created a cute atmosphere adding to a romantic experience.

the shower was heavenly and a sauna added a touch of luxury to the stay. breakfast offered a nice variety of options and it was a great way to start the day. i enjoyed the amenities.

the staff went out of their way to make my visit pleasant , and i found that acceptable.

i found the room was too hot , and the temperature control was not working. there was no exterior window for fresh air, disappointing.
