slippery bathtub tv channels

The honeymoon suite (I thought it would be better for the price) featured a bathtub. This was very unsafe because it was too high and slippery when wet. It also lacked grab bars. The satellite TV did not have channels from my country, only from others.

inviting lobby excellent recommendation tasty food

i found the lobby and reception area to be quite inviting, especially nice for a pre-dinner drink. duc at the front desk gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. the breakfast had tasty food. the staff was friendly too.

The bathroom amenities felt basic. The same product was used for shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. It's a very very slight negative fact.

inadequate air conditioning unsafe shower

My stay wasn't terrible, but i felt let down. the lack of air conditioning was a problem, it got quite stuffy. also, the shower over the bathtub was awkward and felt unsafe to use. I would have preferred a proper walk-in shower.

The staff REALLY shines at this location. My room was cleaned daily (i appreciate that!). Breakfast offered a delicious selection of food. Its central location made visiting many major sites easy.

I stayed in a suite. The room felt a bit dusty and old. The bathtub (in the honeymoon suite) lacked safety features such as grab bars, OH NO! The tv did not have channels from my country.

Great Location and Friendly Staff!

helpful staff spacious room central location

The staff was very friendly and helpful . I found the room to be spacious and very clean. The location is perfect. It's central to all the landmarks I wanted to see. I particularly appreciated the great price for the location and amenities offered.

I must mention one minor inconvenience, the bathtub presented a bit of a challenge. It required a high step to enter and exit, and there were no grab bars for support, slightly unsafe.

The room offered lots of space and was very clean upon arrival. The decor created a pleasant atmosphere. There was everything I might need, from comfortable beds to useful amenities, it was well-equipped. A quiet courtyard view guaranteed peaceful nights.

Breakfast provided a good selection of both hot and cold options. This convenience saved time each morning. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It exceeded my expectations and offered great value. I really enjoyed the variety of choices.

The hotel enjoys a great location very close to all major attractions. This made sightseeing easy. The hotel is situated opposite a police station. It provides an added sense of security, especially for solo travelers. This central spot allows easy access to landmarks.
