the hotel's location met expectations! it was close to attractions, acceptable.

the room i booked was supposed to be beautiful, but it didn't match the pictures. i didn't bother complaining to the staff at reception, mostly because they seemed generally miserable. the hotel tea and coffee lacked milk, a simple thing i even asked about.

the location was definitely a plus, close to everything (i clocked it at 2 minutes to the main square).

the room smelled strongly of chlorine (not a pleasant welcome). i emailed the hotel prior to arrival with some questions, but received no response. the service was therefore lacking in responsiveness.

the location was indeed central the place had some charm. however my beautiful double room was a letdown i expected more space. the lack of soundproofing was noticeable street noise disrupted sleep plus the staff at reception could have been more attentive upon arrival i seemed like just another number a smile would have gone a long way
