The staff was helpful. The location was good.

The room was not cleaned well upon arrival. THERE was a lot of hair in the shower from a previous guest. Everything cost extra.

convenient location easy access lovely view warm staff

the location was convenient, with access to transportation routes. walking to charles bridge was easy. the view from my room was lovely and the staff were both professional and warm (i felt so welcomed!). the breakfast was also a highlight of my mornings.

the street outside could get a bit noisy due to the trams.
