decent stay overall

good breakfast convenient location unattentive staff early noise

i liked the breakfast. there was a lot to choose from. the location was convenient with tram and bus stops close by.

the staff wasn't very attentive. the noise from cleaning staff in the hallways early in the morning was also an issue. the sounds echoed quite a bit.

great location and clean room

great location effective heating

the location was really good. the hotel is near florenc bus station. palladium shopping mall is only 5 minutes away by foot and the city center is just 15 minutes. room was quite clean. i liked the heating system because it was effective.

there was no air conditioner and my room became hot. i opened the windows. i was still unable to sleep. my child began crying. it was due to the heat. as a result, i only slept 3 hours.

the room had a large space and it felt quiet. it was clean and had just enough space for luggage and movement. the bathroom was also in a clean condition when i arrived.

breakfast provided many options and was very tasty. there was everything i wanted including fruit. i saw healthy options. the lady preparing it was lovely and ensured a well stocked buffet.

the hotel offers a gym. it also has a swimming pool, you pay 4 euros per hour for it. it looked clean and maintained. i believe it is important the hotel has a functionalist architecture.
