great central hotel experience
central location daily room cleaning necessary amenities perfect exploration
the location was perfect for exploring. the tram stop right outside made getting around easy! i really liked the daily room cleaning, it kept everything fresh. i had all the amenities needed for my stay.
i found the coffee machine could use a couple more coffee pods.

the breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of options. the attendants were very attentive to all posts! it had good bread and all other things tasted nice, offering quality for all tastes.

Acceptable stay with sound issues
sound insulation noisy environment
The location was great near the city and Petrin parc.
The hotel had no sound insulation. Late-night guests returning from bars and clubs could be heard clearly throughout the building. Mornings were not better as the cleaning staff were loud, talking on their phones and to each other.

the room was spacious. the breakfast was fabulous!!! petrin tower was just a foot outside of the door. i totally enjoyed my stay.
the room was big. it was not cozy and noisy. you can hear the tram very well. also, it was not very clean.

helpful staff amazing shower varied breakfast poor sound insulation irritating noise plumbing sound
The reception staff were helpful. They stored my luggage on my last day. the shower was amazing. breakfast had lots of choice, lovely.
the sound insulation was not great. i could hear plumbing from other rooms! it sounded as if water passed through a cavity wall. noise from other rooms was irritating.
