worn carpetstreet noise
The room looked tired. the carpet definitely needed a deep clean. additionally, the noise from the street was noticeable even with the windows closed. I suspect the soundproofing could use an upgrade. it wasn't the worst stay, but some improvements are necessary.

i received an upgrade to a junior suite!! the service was TRULY great. All people working at the hotel were so nice and helpful. One thing i really appreciated was the parking service.
the food WAS terrible and on two occasions gave us stomach pain. the food was not fresh or of very poor quality. this included both breakfasts and dinners.

I stayed for four nights in a superior double or twin room. The room had excellent decor and a HUGE bed. Staff members were very helpful. I found the food to be delicious and the dining area pretty.
The location requires a twenty minute walk to Wenceslas Square. This hotel bar was somewhat soulless. It was not very cute during the evenings. I would prefer something closer.
