Really good Stay in a Prime Spot
fresh juice helpful staff metro access
The breakfast had fresh juice and fruit. Friendly staff. I also appreciated the hotel's location next to the metro station. It made travel simple.
The blowdryer overheated sometimes.

Acceptable Stay, but Issues with the Shower Fixture
The location was central, easy to reach the main sites.
The shower did not work correctly (it was a handheld shower head over the bath taps). It would only stay in position if the shower head was facing back directly towards the wall. I asked for a fix, but staff attempts didn't improve it. I had to hold the shower head in one hand while showering.

convenient location nice balcony helpful staff varied food
The location was really good, a short walk to major attractions. My room had a balcony. It was a nice spot for morning coffee. The staff was always helpful, and they spoke several languages. Breakfast included a wide variety of food, surpassing many European hotel standards.
Housekeeping seemed inconsistent. Some days, the bathroom cleaning was not thorough.

A Decent Stay
convenient location friendly staff helpful staff rude receptionist uncomfortable pillow faulty tap
The location was convenient. It was within walking distance of many visiting points. There were several shopping locations and restaurants near the hotel. The staff members were always ready to assist.
The bed pillows were not comfortable. One receptionist was not kind. She was actually rude. The cold water tap in the shower did not work well. It was not possible to take a bath without scalding oneself.
