The location was superb, and i liked not being directly in the middle of the busiest areas. It was easy to walk to all the sights. the hotel itself was very clean, and the service was excellent. the room was amazing, and the bed allowed me to sleep soundly, like a baby.

the hotel is situated quite centrally and is close to all the landmarks. i found the area was quiet, yet everything was within walking distance. i appreciated being able to park in the garage under the hotel.

The room temperature was a real issue. It was stuck at 25 degrees. i mentioned it to the front desk, but nothing changed. also, i only got one english tea bag each day (i like more than one). i flagged this to the receptionist too, but it wasn't addressed (minor, but still frustrating).

The fitness center was quite limited. Several international television channels were unavailable . The equipment was minimal , and I expected more variety from a hotel of this caliber. I suggest upgrading the fitness facilities and ensuring access to a wider range of channels.
