convenient tram stop spacious bathroom breakfast buffet

The tram stop is right outside. It made getting around easy. The room I had was large with a spacious bathroom. The bed was comfortable. I also liked the restaurant being right there. It was very convenient. The breakfast buffet had many options.

The air conditioning made some noise at night, a little disruptive.

rooms need some attention

dusty curtains smelly pillows

the location was really convenient with a tram stop right outside.

the cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement the curtains were black with dust and the decorative pillows smelled bad i also noticed dust everywhere also the shower holder was almost falling off and the shower leaked leading to a flood

My room was quite spacious. I booked a double or twin room. the tram stop right outside was so convenient. i also appreciated the very nice staff i encountered.

the heating system didn't seem to work, and the weather was quite cold. i also noticed a bad odor coming from the ac. the bathroom also had a moldy smell, which wasn't ideal.

a good stay indeed

good size quiet room tram route

my room was a good size, even with two single beds. it was quiet, just as i asked. the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. the hotel is right on a tram route, it goes to the city center, a few mins away.

almost all staff seemed rude, even a smile would be nice but i saw nothing, maybe 2 staff were polite. i have 3 nights stay in the hotel.
