central location helpful staff outdated decor slow elevator
The location was excellent. It was easy to walk to many attractions. Breakfast was good (especially the selection of cheeses). I found the staff helpful and professional .
The room decor seemed dated. The furniture looked old. The bathroom lacked some modern amenities. The elevator was quite slow at times.

fantastic city stay
excellent tram shopping mall late checkout welcome note
the hotel features excellent tram connections right outside. i found a palladium shopping mall within walking distance, it includes a good variety of shops and dining options. the staff assisted me with a late checkout as i was traveling with family, this was greatly appreciated. i also enjoyed the handwritten welcome note and the bottle of bubbles i received upon arrival.
i noticed that the furniture feels somewhat outdated.

the hotel offered a really nice breakfast, i found everything very tasty and well-served. there were many options to choose from, made the start of the day even better. i especially liked the fresh pastries available.

the hotel provides easy access from the airport, a significant advantage for travelers like me. its proximity to a bridge on the riverbank made navigation simple. i found that several tourist attractions are close by, perfect for exploring the area.

my room was super clean, it added to the overall positive experience. the hotel maintains high cleanliness standards, this. i appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the room super clean, really.

the hotel has an excellent central location, it is very convenient for accessing key attractions. i liked how close it was to everything, this allowed easy exploration of the surrounding areas. the proximity to shopping and dining was a great bonus.

Very nice stay
great location good breakfast big room good service
The location is nice. Breakfast i think was good enough. My room had big size and the bath and shower was really good and good water pressure. The guy at check in did a great job, he were very informative.
There was one things i don't love. The restaurant do get packed and the selection of food i think it's not wide.

Breakfast offered good options. delicious coffee was available in the lobby. There where many choices and all was fresh. The breakfast it's something i liked a lot.

The staff proved helpful all the time. Any need it was catered with smile. The staff at the reception was very nice i appreciate that.

The hotel had an elevator for easy access to all floors, which I appreciated. I liked the big closet and tea corner. Everything felt so beautiful and it was very clean.
