the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

I encountered issues with cleanliness. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned . i requested tissues from reception, but i was told to collect them myself from downstairs. this was inconvenient.

The location was close to the main roads and highlights of the city.

I found that breakfast service was not up to standard. I had to ask for basic items like coffee. This happened repeatedly .

the room felt spacious. the location was also acceptable.

the cleaning service was not good at all. they did not clean the room properly . i found a dirty pillow on my first day and it was not addressed.

helpful staff netflix access ideal location missing carpet no tissues high price

the staff at reception was great. they answered my questions patiently. the room provided netflix access with my own account. the location was ideal, a short walk to the main train station (i arrived by train).

my room was not carpeted while the photos showed carpets. i asked for a box of tissues one evening, but it was not available. i was offered toilet paper instead. i thought the hotel was too expensive for what i received (considering what i paid).
