The tram stop is very near the hotel. It's about a 2-minute walk. breakfast was quite good. this was useful with heavy luggage.

My room was not sound proof. The neighbor made noise until 1 am. we could not sleep.

The location is great with easy access to the city center. The staff at the reception were polite and helpful to me. My room was big and had everything I needed, including a kettle, tea, and a small fridge.

The beds felt too soft. I could hear noises from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. It was like traveling back in time.

Yura was very helpful. He gave directions to great local restaurants. the tram stop was close. This made travel simple. the breakfast had many options. I especially enjoyed the selection of fresh fruit. the hotel provided tram tickets. It saved me time and effort.

The breakfast had many options for vegetarians and vegans. making coffee and tea in the room was a nice touch. the staff were friendly. the room was clean. I appreciated the good water pressure on the fifth floor.

the soft beds with separate blankets were not ideal. i could hear noises from the corridor.
