amazing stay near everything!

The room was super clean and spacious! the breakfast had a fantastic choice of foods from all over the world. i especially loved that there were complimentary snacks served between 12pm and 4pm daily. This was a nice surprise!

the breakfast area included many tables for large and small groups. i saw multiple families gathered there. the staff kept refilling all the food, which ensured a constant and fresh supply for every guest.

the location proved advantageous a short walk led to wenceslas square the hotel maintained excellent cleanliness the rooms offered ample space i found the beds to be firm. the breakfast included a wide array of options i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection the omelet and the stuffed mushrooms.
the air conditioning did not seem to operate optimally it struggled to cool the room adequately even on its lowest setting.

The room was very clean. it was a double or twin room. we had many towels! the shower had good pressure. i appreciated the luggage keeping service. I arrived early and they stored my bags. the staff let me sit in the lounge before check-in. it was a comfortable area.
The air conditioner was not effective. It struggled to cool the room adequately. i did mention this to the front desk.

the reception staff were helpful. they provided information about local attractions. they arranged taxi service to the airport for me. i appreciated their assistance with storing luggage before check-in too!
