stained carpet disinterested staff
The location proved ideal for exploring the area.
Our room felt quite dark because there was no main light. The carpet also looked stained and old, . The staff at reception seemed rather disinterested and were not particularly cute upon arrival.

central location, great service

spacious room chic decoration helpful staff honeymoon trip
the room was very spacious. the decoration was chic. the staff are very friendly and helpful i appreciate the lady at the front desk during check-in. she explained everything well and the two men at the front desk were friendly too. i left my headset and phone charger in the room but the staff found them and sent them to me. i received champagne because of my honeymoon trip a lovely touch.
the minibar was empty when i arrived which was only a slight inconvenience

the hotel has a convenient location for visiting historical sites. a metro station is nearby. there are also many shops, cafes and restaurants in the area for shopping and dining adding to the convenience.

fantastic central getaway!

central location spacious room friendly staff varied breakfast
i loved my stay here the location is superb really near transport links i could quickly access everything i wanted the room was really spacious there was more than enough space for all my luggage the staff were super friendly and helpful i was always greeted with a smile the breakfast buffet was amazing with so many options i could have something different every morning
the elevator was a little slow at times so i used the stairs

I really appreciated they have free coffee and tea all day. The breakfast had many tasty choices. The room was spacious and clean. Staff provided soya milk at breakfast when I asked. I am grateful for a nice visit.
The hotel do not have enough sound insulation. There are loud noise at night.
