i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful (they gave excellent food recommendations). the room was cleaned regularly and the bed was very comfortable. i appreciated the free coffee and tea in the room.

the hotel lacked air conditioning, and the room became uncomfortably hot at night. opening the window let in street noise.

the breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. i especially liked the fresh pastries (they were so flaky!). the tram stop was very close, easy to get around. i also appreciated the park nearby for a quick walk.

The room was quite warm. The provided fan wasn't very effective. i also noticed the walls seemed thin as i could hear noise from the hallway (especially early in the morning).

The breakfast offered a lot of options. The hotel's proximity to a tram stop was convenient. It was only a few minutes away. Trams arrived frequently, about every 2-3 minutes.

The room became very warm. There was no air conditioning, and only a fan was available. Opening the window was not an option due to street noise. The bathroom was small. The shower was particularly tiny and it had a slippery floor.

the breakfast included many choices. it had local cheese and ham varieties. the room included modern appliances and sofas.

The air conditioning did not work in the room. the control device partly fell off the wall. one of the sockets in the room had no power. It was not working.
