adequate stay, but with ventilation issues

convenient locationventilation noise
The location proved convenient. I easily accessed the national museum and the city center.
the persistent noise from the hotel's general ventilation system was noticeable (a real problem!). it operated continuously throughout the night, contradicting the assurances i received at the reception.
