the carpet throughout the hotel felt old and not very clean i didn't like that! also, the room overlooked an unkempt courtyard, with a view of neighboring apartments it was a bit of a letdown. the courtyard felt neglected. the view was disappointing!

the hotel features a convenient location near the main train station. it is also close to two metro stations and wenceslas square. the room i stayed in offered a decent size alongside a very good shower. the reception staff members proved friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

i noticed some general wear and tear, indicating the hotel may need some updating. while serviceable, the older aspects were noticeable. the breakfast buffet presented many options, but the quality could improve. finding something satisfactory required a bit of searching.

The staff were helpful. i needed some information and they assisted me quickly. the location is also very convenient. Accessing key attractions was easy. the breakfast had sufficient options and good coffee.

the room lighting was too dim. this made it difficult to work or read comfortably in the evenings. brighter lights or more lamps would improve the room.
