charming stay near the metro!
friendly staff good room size nice touch clean experience
I found the staff friendly and helpful, they were pretty good! the room was a good size and had a kettle, that was really handy. the welcome drink and city vouchers were a nice touch. It was like they cared about their guests. i also appreciated how clean everything was, it.
the lift was a bit small, but i managed fine.

The hotel is right next to the metro. It is very convenient for getting around. it took me only a few stops to reach the city center, this saved me time. the area felt safe, though parking was expensive!

dated furniture thin walls
the hotel was near the metro station so it was easy to get around.
the room felt quite dated and not so fresh. the furniture seemed old, especially the carpet. also, the walls were thin and i could hear noises from other rooms, hard to relax.

The metro station is next to the building, so accessing transport was easy. i received coupons and a welcome drink, a kind gesture. the staff seemed helpful. Housekeeping kept the room very clean.
the wifi signal was somewhat weak at times.
