a good retreat
attentive staff easy access cute touch overall cleanliness
i found the staff very attentive and always ready to assist with any requests. the hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the complimentary coffee and pastries in the library offered a lovely, cute touch. the cleanliness throughout the hotel definitely stood out to me.
the ac in the room seemed to struggle a bit during warmer parts of the day.

the hotel enjoys a superb location, close to the train station and palladium shopping mall. many excellent restaurants are also within easy walking distance. the area is quiet, yet near the main square where all the action unfolds.

welcome drink comfortable bed breakfast choice spa area
The hotel provided a welcome drink upon my arrival. The room included a comfortable king-size bed.. it also had a pullout queen sofa already prepared. Breakfast offered many choices and the food tasted good. The spa area allowed relaxation after a day.
The hotel's parking is located a 20-minute distance away.

Good central hotel
convenient location friendly staff distant parking high price
The location was convenient. It was near the main areas of the city. The breakfast was good (especially the pancakes!). I also liked that the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the city.
The parking was not ideal. It was located a 20-minute walk from the hotel (quite inconvenient). The price felt a bit high for what was offered. I expected more for the cost.
