The staff were really friendly and helpful. I was grateful for their assistance. The room had good storage. A safe was also available! I also liked the coffee machine in the room. The location was excellent too.

The bar inside the building was quite noisy. It showed little respect trying to sleep. That was really a shame.

The hotel is located very close to the metro. This location gave us easy access to various parts of the city. Great food and wine bars are nearby providing many dining options.

The room was beautiful and immaculate with understated decor. It featured big comfortable beds. I slept soundly. The bathroom was also spacious with warm water.

the location proved very convenient for exploring the city. we could easily walk to many attractions of several nights. the breakfast offered a nice selection, and i found the staff consistently helpful (especially with directions!).

I found the soundproofing to be inadequate as i could hear noise from nearby bars until late. the room's temperature control was also problematic. The air conditioning unit seemed ineffective. furthermore, the street outside was busy, and this did cause some disturbance.

the staff was amazing! they were always available and happy to help with any questions i had. the breakfast included fresh bread, various meats, cheeses, smoothies, and hot options. the room was cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard.

i found the street a little noisy at times, but it didn't bother me too much.

my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room was very spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. it was well-kept and very clean.

the breakfast included a variety of a la carte options, it was quite satisfying.

The air conditioning in the room did not function adequately. It struggled to cool the room below 26 degrees, causing considerable discomfort during the night i found it quite difficult to sleep under those circumstances, especially given that the hotel was specifically chosen for its air conditioning system i believe that the staff should have provided us with a fan when they did not offer a change of rooms.
