the hotel arranged a taxi prior to my arrival, waiting for me. the receptionist booked a massage and provided helpful city information. storing my luggage after check-out was very convenient.

the room was quite warm , and the air conditioning wasn't very efficient.

The location is central, close to key attractions. The staff offered helpful tips for local spots. Our room included a bathrobe and slippers, very useful. I appreciated the blackout curtains.. they kept the room dark for better sleep.

The shower had inconsistent water temperature. It fluctuated unexpectedly during use. I wish the hotel addressed this soon.

I loved the friendly staff. They were so helpful with directions. the location was awesome. It was super easy to walk to everything. plus, the room was really clean. I appreciated that a lot!

the elevator seemed a bit slow. i sometimes had to wait a few minutes for it.

The staff were friendly, which i did appreciate.

The room layout was indeed strange. It also felt quite dark inside (even with the lights on). Breakfast was disappointing. They did not have eggs unless you specially asked for them, and then they never arrived. I would have been better off grabbing something elsewhere.

i found the location convenient for accessing various attractions. my room was upgraded to a beautiful double room and i appreciated the extra space. the cleanliness was great with daily room service and fresh toiletries provided, and i liked the comfortable bed and the quality of the breakfast.

the dim lighting in the washroom presented a minor inconvenience for makeup application , it needs improvement.
