The hotel is very close to Charles Bridge. It makes walking around the city quite easy. Staff members were helpful. Bigi at the front desk answered all our questions. I found the breakfast selection great. It had everything i could want (the pastries were good).

The room lacked drawers for storing clothes. There were no shelves in the bathroom to hold toiletries. I found this inconvenient.

The staff spoke english very well and provided thorough instructions. They were also courteous . Bigi was especially helpful with providing directions and recommendations.

the location is excellent, very close to charles bridge (it made sightseeing so easy). the staff, especially bigi, were helpful. breakfast had a great selection, i really enjoyed the fresh pastries. i also appreciated the brownies they offered at checkout.

the hotel location was good. breakfast had many options and i liked it. location had plenty ev charging stations and that was good for me.

rooms do not have air-conditioning so when it is hot in summer the rooms are also hot.
