The staff was cute and ready to help with anything. I found the location convenient, a short walk from the metro. The room was comfortable. The bathroom had excellent facilities.
The room got quite cold one night. I couldn't get extra blankets. the online reception couldn't help, frustrating.

I stayed in a king room. It featured a large, comfortable bed and tasteful décor. the room also had a modern bathroom with premium toiletries. i found the space both functional and stylish, perfectly suited for relaxation after a busy day.

The staff provided helpful service, that was acceptable.
The room's air conditioning was not effective on the warmest day. It struggled to cool the space sufficiently. I found the breakfast buffet to be somewhat disappointing, lacking variety. Most days it was quite repetitive. The same items were offered daily, that became monotonous.
